As I understand it, this list currently requires subscription via webfeed (which I'm an avid user of!) rather than email, but that's easily worked around:

Can't say I've personally used FeedRabbit, but I do link to it from my personal site as a way of offering email newsletters. Maybe this site should do likewise?
